PROVIDING DEVICE FOR INFORMATION ON DYNAMIC IMAGE

PURPOSE:To increase the transfer rate of the providing device for information on dynamic image. CONSTITUTION:Plural pieces of audio video information are compressed and stored in a random-access information storage means 1. A request to take out the dynamic image information stored in the information storage means 1 is outputted from plural terminal equipments. An access command is generated from the request to the information storage means 1. The data corresponding to each terminal equipment is equalized and the dynamic image information is read out from the information storage means 1 by exchanging the command order so as to improve the transfer efficiency. The obtained dynamic image information is sent to the terminal side by the time-division multiplexing processing. The terminal device extracts and extend the information corresponding to its request. Thus, the successive dynamic image information is obtained.
