PURPOSE:To prevent the liquid from boiling down and keep it from excessive stirring by varying the heating capacity of an electric heater and also the speed of the stirring by a stirring device in keeping with the quantity of the liquid in a warmed tank. CONSTITUTION:The title apparatus is equipped with a warmed tank 6 for storing liquid, a stirring device with a driving part 12 attached to the lid 61 of the tank 6 and stirring blades 13 suspended at the bottom of the tank 6, and a means of supplying liquid which is connected to the tank 6 and by which liquid is poured into a piece of tableware. Furthermore, there are provided a liquid-level detective means for detecting the level of the liquid in store in the tank 6, a heater 3 for keeping warm the liquid in store in the tank 6, and a controller which controls, on the basis of the height of the liquid level detected by the liquid-level detective means 9, the stirring device with respect to the speed of stirring and the heating value per unit time of the heater 3. |
