<p>PURPOSE: To realize the FM-CW radar equipment, which has the FFT function whose detecting error is small, with the simple constitution at the low cost. CONSTITUTION: An FM-CW radar device 11 outputs the frequency modulated high-frequency transmitting signal modulated by a triangular-wave shaped modulating signal, mixes the received signal reflected from a target object and the transmitted signal and outputs the beat signal. An A/D converter 12 converts the beat signal into the digital signal. A high-speed Fourier transformation means 14 performs the Fourier transformation of the digitalized beat signal and analyzes the frequency component. This is the FM-CW radar equipment, which has these parts and the FFT function. A preprocessing means 13, which performs the process so that only the beat signal during a specified period wherein the linearity of the change in frequencies of the transmitted signal and the received signal is excellent undergo the Fourier transformation in a high-speed Fourier transformation means 14, is provided.</p> |
