The invention relates to lifting loading platforms, so-called goods lifts, mounted on Lorries. It solves the problem of loading and unloading a wheeled container (9) without the risk of the container inadvertently rolling off the loading platform (6) and without the need of wheel brakes or special locking devices. According to the invention, the top of the loading platform (6) has an upwardly concave section and the platform is furthermore so designed that during the raising and lowering of the platform the front pair of wheels of the container are located at the lowest point of the concave section, thereby ensuring a stable position of equilibrium for the whole container.<IMAGE> |
