SUBSTANCE: addition agent comprises at least two rare-earth metal oxides consisting of , ratios of components being as follows, wt %; Sm2O3, 0.5-90; Eu2O3, 0.5-80; CeO2, 0.5-40; Y2O3, 0.1-40; Pr2O3, 0.1- 4.0; Tb2O3, 0.1-1.0; Gd2O3, 0.1-10; Nd2O3, 0.01-0.5; La2O3, 0.1- 10; and Dy2O3, 0.1-1.0. Glass includes silicate borate and phosphate glasses. Addition agent includes rare-earth metal oxides, production waste thereof, luminophore waste, and some fractions of rare-earth metal concentrates.
