摘要

FIELD: mechanical engineering; winding of cables and ropes on drums. SUBSTANCE: disposable drum designed for cable or wire rope has bushing with preset inner diameter, two end face members and two central plugs. Each end face member has central hole for fitting in bushing and tight clamping of bushing end part between end face member and plug. Plug has front expanding part which expands the bushing being fitted-in, and adjacent friction part which provides friction contact engagement with bushing when plug is driven in to stop. Friction part engages with end face member to provide tight clamping of bushing by means of friction contact between plug and end face member. Expanding part and friction part have summary axial size, 50 - 200% greater than thickness of one end face member. Expanding part has conical surface, taper less than 10D1, preset diameter D1 measured as far so possible from friction part, and preset diameter D1 at place of mating with friction part. friction part has conical surface with taper less than 6D2 which in each case is less than taper of expanding part where , namely 2 - 10 mm. Drum has no metal parts. EFFECT: no adverse effect on environment, increased strength. 7 cl, 20 dwg
