The procedure begins with the digitalisation and processing of the images to be transferred onto the ceramic piece, obtained, for example, from a photograph, to be followed by a lamination and insolation phase, via photolyte which may be performed once, in the case of monochrome ornamentations, or various times for polychrome (four colour) ornamentations, more exactly, once for each colour used. Then a transport solution is used, for example with the concourse of a serigraphic screen, and after implanting the image into the ceramic piece and drying, it is fired at a high temperature of approximately 1,050 DEG C. |
