PURPOSE: A video display panel, a manufacturing method and an applied solution therefor are provided to improve strength and performance of the video display panel. CONSTITUTION: According to the manufacturing method, polyethylene dioxythiophene doped by polystyrene sulphonate is dissolved in pure water. Next, ethyl-silicate is applied to the solution to improve adhesive property, and ethanol is applied to the solution to improve strength of the film. Last, inorganic acid catalyzer is applied for hydrolysis. The manufactured solution is doped to the panel, so that a transparent charging prevention film(2) is formed on the panel. Thereby, the strength and performance of the video display panel according to the transparent charging prevention film(2).
