PURPOSE: An operation control apparatus is provided to generate a restore signal of a rapid and stable state. CONSTITUTION: The operation control apparatus comprises: a level shifter(1) for outputting a plurality of voltage levels(V1,V2... Vn); an oscillator(2) for outputting a pulse of a predetermined period to prevent unnecessary power consumption; a plurality of level monitors(3) for comparing the plurality of voltage levels applied from the level shifter(1) with the restore signal; and a sense amplifier driver(4) for generating the stable restore signal after receiving output signals from the plurality of level monitors.
