METHOD FOR PREPARING MEMBRANE VESICLES

The invention concerns a method for preparing membrane vesicles from a biological sample, characterised in that it comprises at least a step which consists in treating the sample by anion-exchange chromatography and/or gel permeation. The invention is used for preparing original vesicles or of different types, in particular from cells presenting antigens or tumour cells. The invention also concerns the resulting vesicles and their uses.
