PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance measuring precision. SOLUTION: An odor component concentration preparing part 4 is controlled by a plural concentration supplying part 8 to change an odor component concentration in the same sample gas, and an odor component is supplied to a detecting part 2 at plural levels in its concentration. The presence of monotone increasing or monotone decreasing, or linearity in correspondence relation between a detected signal and the odor component concentration is determined by a detected signal determining part 10 based on concetration information from the concentration supplying part 8 and the detected signal in each gas sensor of the detecting part 2, to feed a determined result therein to a detected signal selecting part 12. The selecting part 12 feeds to a detected signal processing part 6 only the detected signal in the gas sensor in which the correspondence between the detection signal and the odor component concentration is determined as monotone increasing, monotone decreasing, or linear by the determining part 10 at the time of measurement for the sample gas. |
