PURPOSE: A system and method for a payment using cyber money are provided to enable a user to pay a small amount of money freely by receiving the cyber money as loaned money at a commercial transaction at an on-line or an off-line through a wire/wireless network. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of user terminals(30), an affiliated site(40), a member store(50) for performing a commercial transaction at on-off line are connected thereto through a network(20). The user terminal(30) is a user communication device for performing a payment to a purchased commodity at an on/off line using cyber money. The user terminal(30) may be a wire terminal(31) including a computer capable of connecting to the network(20) and a TV capable of connecting to the Internet or a wireless terminal(32) including a mobile phone and a PDA capable of connecting to the network(20) by wireless. The affiliated site(40) supplies various services at an on-line and embodies cyber money to a user in accordance with a service using or a specific advertisement receiving. In addition, an interface server(11), a mail server(12), a processing server(13), and a database server(14) are provided. The interface server(11) makes a plurality of devices be connected through the network(20), converts various information being supplied through the processing server(13) for adapting to a communication standard, and supplies the information to the terminals(30), the affiliated site(40), and the member store(50). Also, the interface server(11) receives information being supplied from the terminals(30), the affiliated site(40), and the member store(50) and supplies the information to the processing server(13).
