The door stop, which enables the damping and stopping movement of the door, in the shape of a cap is composed of a part (A) which once struck by a door leaf slides on a part (B) fixed to the ground by bolts (C,E). When contact with the door is finished the part (A) is returned to its initial position by a spring (G).
