The protection device which is fixed on articulation levers of locking bars by means of two assembly hooks comprises a T-shaped compact unit composed of twelve components. The different parts comprise two main plates which receive all the other components, two retaining hooks, a protection cover which prevents the bars being brought together, two extension pieces which allow spacing of the bars and a locking and assembly spindle. There are screws and a padlock with a cylindrical spring pushbutton.
