PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television tuner capable of reducing memory capacity for setting channels. SOLUTION: The television tuner is configured, such that it comprises a means (S12) of subtracting a numeric value which has been converted into frequency unit of reference frequency of the same channel number from a numeric value into which a prescribed frequency unit has been converted, a storage means (S14) for storing the subtracted result together with the channel number, and a means for adding the subtracted result stored together with the channel number by the storage means (S14) to the numeric value, with which the reference frequency of a channel number has been converted into, when the channel number has been selected and operated, wherein the television tuner is turned to the television wave, based on the added result to receive the turned television wave. |
