PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive low noise blind device by a simple mechanism. SOLUTION: This blind device is provided with a drum 1 wound with a blind 2, a motor 11 for rotating the drum 1, a pushing-out mechanism composed of a freely bendable arm 6 for urging the tip edge of the blind 2 in the blind unfolding direction B by a spring, a one-way clutch 13 for transmitting torque of the motor 1 to the drum when the drum 1 rotates in the blind winding direction B, a stopper 50 for regulating a position of the arm 6 in an unfolding end position of the blind 2, and a means for detecting a motor lock current when winding the blind 2. A stopping position in the unfolding direction B of the blind 2 is detected by positional regulation of the arm 6 by the stopper 50, and a stopping position in the winding direction C of the blind 2 is detected by detection of the motor lock current.
