PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the precision in selecting information when an information provider was asked for specified information by an information requester through a mobile communication means. SOLUTION: By locating the geographical position of the mobile communication means that an information requester uses based on the cellular system features, an information provider selects the information with the items specified by the information requester. Particularly the information includes the distance between the geographical position of the base station for the mobile communication means and that of the individual information, the transportation means needed to reach there, the time and the cost to be needed, and so on. At the same time, the data is also created for printing.
