PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an e-mail managing device capable of easily avoiding the reception of e-mail that is not desired by a receiver with a simple operation. SOLUTION: A mail management server 1 which is connected to the Internet 2 and transfers e-mail received via the Internet 2 to various devices through the Internet 2, extracts e-mail corresponding to the conditions of unneeded e-mail set in a transfer destination setting table 112a among received pieces of e-mail by using a filtering part 114 and stores the e-mail in a predetermined elimination mail storing part 112c. The filtering part 114 and a converting and transferring part 12 transfer the other e-mail according to the conditions set in the table 112a. The e-mail stored in the part 112c is further eliminated by an elimination mail managing part 115 in response to a user or transferred to a prescribed transfer destination.
