WAVE COIL SPRING WITH DIFFERENT REPULSION FORCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wave coil spring with high and low repulsion force as one spring. SOLUTION: A peak and valley of wave facing each other does not contact with keeping at least a designated small interval in a no load (free length) state. When a compression load of a designated value or more is added from the no load state, the peak and the valley get into a contact and closely contact under full compression load condition.
