PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leak deciding device for an evaporated fuel processing system capable of executing a leak decision of the evaporated fuel processing system without interruption even under the condition of generation of sway of fuel and accurately obtaining a leak decision result. SOLUTION: An ECU 2 of the leak deciding device 1 calculates a reference differential pressure deviation DDPZ as a deviation of differential pressure DPZ2 of tank internal pressure PTANK at two points of time detected during a leak check mode and differential pressure DPZ1 before prescribed sloth deciding time T5 (Step 45). The presence or absence of slosh is decided by comparing the reference differential pressure deviation DDPZ with a threshold value DDPZG for slosh decision (Step 47). When slosh is generated, second differential pressure DP2 is calculated by using tank internal pressure PTANK corrected by a slosh correction value DDPZHOSEI (Step 19 and 20). Based on the second differential pressure DP2, the leak decision is executed (Step 55, 56 and 57).
