PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a wall-mounted panel, in which diatomaceous earth is formed in a panel shape and a wall surface is covered for easily spreading the function of a diatomaceous- earth plastered wall being capable of effectively using structure itself such as the wall surface and having a deodorizing effect without using a deodorizer and a deodorizing article generating continuing expenditure without plastering regardless of the quality of the material of the wall surface, and a wall-surface decorative assembly construction method in a public lavatory or the like having a malodor. SOLUTION: In a diatomaceous-earth wall-mounted panel, mixing diatomaceous earth for coating is buried to square-shaped metal or plastic box shapes. Edge sections towards four sides or T-shaped projecting plates towards the insides of the box shapes from bottom sections are formed to the box shapes, and the peeling-off of diatomaceous earth is prevented. L-shaped fixing sections with wall-surface supporters are mounted towards the outsides of the box shapes from lower sections. Vertical furring strips are fixed and framed by screws in a latticed shape on the wall side and horizontal furring strips on the indoor side to the wall surface in the metallic supporters composed of the vertical furring strips and the horizontal furring strips in the wall-surface junction of the diatomaceous-earth wall-mounted panel, and the wall surface can be covered in an easily assembling manner, hanging the L-shaped fixing sections to the horizontal furring strips.
