PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a paneling board floor for reforming, which is hygienic, elastic, rich in heat retaining property, and arranged on a floor surface 4 formed of concrete or wooden flooring. SOLUTION: The reformed paneling board floor is obtained by bending a metallic batten plate 1 along its longitudinal line c to form a horizontal portion 2 and a diagonally upward facing portion 3, fixing the horizontal portion 2 to the floor surface 4, forming a diagonally upward facing groove 6 which perpendicularly crosses a longitudinal direction of a paneling board 5, in an undersurface 5' of the paneling board 5, and fitting the diagonally upward facing portion 3 into the diagonally upward facing groove 6. In this manner, the under surface 5' of the paneling board 5 is borne by an upper surface 2' of the horizontal portion 2.
