PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform structural strengthening when connecting equipment and to share a holder of the same structure on a primary side and a secondary side, because holders of different structures are required for the primary side and the secondary side because a conventional pipe connecting base is supported by a base main body constituted into a U-type, connected equipment is coaxially connected to a supply/exhaust existing pipe, the same load and impact as those of a linear flow passage pipe are applied to the connected equipment to produce structural fragility and the holder for holding a connecting body from both sides is provided with structures of a stop cock and a check valve. SOLUTION: A base main body is constituted by a linear shaft. A primary side holder for communicating a connecting mechanism with a primary side pipe and a connecting mechanism with a primary side end of the equipment connected and supported on an upper part of the base by a flow passage is provided at one end. By reversing a holder of the same structure at the other end, the holder is faced to the primary side holder and is fitted as a secondary side holder. The connected equipment is held and supported between both the holders of the primary side and the secondary side.
