PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressing apparatus capable of safely and easily pressing a part where the condition of stiffness is intense. SOLUTION: In a pressing implement for pressing with both hands the part hardened with stiffness of the back or shoulder, a portion projected in flat bar shape from the center side of the pressing implement is held with the index finger, middle finger and ring finger of the dominant hand, and the end of its shift part is set as a position to put the pressing thumb. This position is exactly the back of the part of pressing the body and provided with an arched enclosure in a form of wrapping the thumb. The upper part of the arched enclosure is pressed with the fingers of the facing hand side to apply pressure to thereby allow pressing using both hands.
