PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article to be curved by an elastic contractile force of a leakproof wall, whose top part abutting along a curved surface of a body alleviates skin irritation caused by the leakproof wall and prevents it from covering a spacious area of a skin side surface when it falls down on the skin side surface. SOLUTION: The leakproof wall 30 having the elastic contractile force in a longitudinal direction makes a main part 2 curved. A regulating part 38 provided between a front end part 30a and a rear end part 30b of the leakproof wall 30 regionally regulates a height for the leakproof wall 30 to stand, which enables the leakproof wall 30 to stand abutting along the curved surface of the body.
