PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclining wheelchair where the stable reclining posture of a seat back part and travelling stability by inclining the seat back part and high operability of seat back support members are simultaneously achieved, and which does not require a carer in movement of a user between the wheelchair and a bed. SOLUTION: A truck part 13 includes auxiliary wheel movement guide parts 33 having a taking-in/out member 28 with an auxiliary wheel 60. The seat back support members 30 are arranged between the taking-in/out members 28 and the seat back part 15. Thus, the reclining posture of the seat back part 15 and travelling stability in a reclining state and high operability of the seat back support members 30 are simultaneously achieved. When the user moves between the wheelchair 10 and the bed B, a seat part 17 is horizontally disposed by a reclining means 19 and made higher than rear wheels 12 by a hydraulic jack 18.
