PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete structure reinforcement member and reinforcement work method, which prevents coming off or break of concrete structure and its reinforcement or protective member even when a material deteriorates. SOLUTION: A semi-cylindrical material 107 is provided within one end of a channel steel 106, and a protruding material 109 is provided within the other end thereof both in the direction of channel steel axis direction to form a reinforcement member 103. Both semi-cylindrical material 107 and protruding material 109 are installed so that they may protrude a certain length respectively from ends 117 and 115 in the direction of channel steel axis direction.For reinforcing a wall surface 121 of a tunnel 119 using the reinforcement member 103, the work to insert the protruding material 109 of a new reinforcement member 103 into the semi-cylindrical member 103 of an existing reinforcement member 103 installed before and the work to fix the semi-cylindrical material 107 of a new reinforcement member 103 to a wall surface are repeated.
