PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a local cleaner capable of confirming the residual quantity of a washing liquid by confirming the washing liquid in a washing-liquid holding section by a visual observation. SOLUTION: The local cleaner has the washing-liquid holding section 5 for conserving the washing liquid such as a detergent. In the local cleaner, a washing-liquid filler port for injecting the washing liquid from the washing-liquid holding section 5 is formed on its midway to a water-supply path 13 reaching from a water supply port to a flushing nozzle 2 for injecting flushing water to the private part of a human body while a washing-liquid supply path 13 connecting the holding section 5 and the filler port is mounted. An irradiating means 9 irradiating the inside of the holding section 5 is fitted while a residual-quantity confirming means capable of confirming the residual quantity of the washing liquid conserved in the holding section 5 by a light irradiated from the irradiating means 9 is secured to the holding section 5.
