PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a method and a program, allowing a decision-making person and a related person to easily determine a measure by displaying the measure having a high management achievement degree in conjunction with an execution term thereof.

SOLUTION: This measure determination support device comprises: a management assignment 301 to be achieved in an enterprise or the like; a gripping assignment 302 for achieving each the management assignment 301; the measure 303 for achieving each the gripping assignment 302; a management assignment addition button 304; a gripping assignment addition button 305; a measure addition button 306; a route 501 showing presence/absence of relation between each the assignment and the measure; a management contribution weight 601 showing a degree wherein contribution to management is performed; a management assignment achievement degree 602 showing a degree wherein achievement of the management assignment is performed; a gripping assignment achievement degree 603 showing a degree wherein achievement of the gripping assignment is performed; and a management achievement degree 701 showing an importance level of the measure.
