The present invention refers to an efficient solid and liquid toilet flushing and cleaning system, which comprises a water discharge valve with a gate, a set of openings around the bowl rim for receiving and delivering water, both a jet and a siphon effect, and a conduit for evacuating the waste contents of the bowl. The water discharge, along with the downstream flow and jet effect thereof, is efficient in such a way that the cleaning time is reduced, further allowing a higher amount of waste contents to be displaced. The set of openings disposed around the water receiving and delivering bowl rim, along with the diameter and slope, enhances the downstream flow of water. The water jet effect has a strength and spam suitable to allow a higher amount of waste contents to be displaced. The siphon effect is efficient in such a way that the displacement of a higher amount of waste contents to the sewer pipe is allowed. The solid and liquid evacuation system releases a water remnant to the lower portion of the bowl, which seals the siphon conduit to prevent noxious odours of the sewer pipe from emerging to the bowl.
