FIELD: veterinary microbiology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention proposes vaccine comprising inactivated bacterial suspension of Pasteurella multicida of serological variants A,B and D and adjuvant. As P. multicida of serological variants A, B and D invention uses P. multicida of serological variants A, B and D showing activity of soluble surface antigens in the passive hemagglutination reaction as 1:(256-4096), 1:(512-8192) and 1:(256-4096), respectively, and in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: Pasteurella multicida of serological variants A, B and D taken in the mass ratio = 1:(0.8-1.2):(0.8-1.2), 45-55, and adjuvant, the balance.
