PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-solubility full-color organic electroluminescence display requiring only the photographic flat plate of a single level when generating three color pixel patterns by constituting the above display of shadow mask columnar structures having a geometrical array and common light transparent electrodes, etc., on plural color pixels. SOLUTION: A green ('green') color conversion layer 82 is so formed on part of the common light transparent electrodes 72 as to overlap the first sub- pixel electrode 32 to draw a contour by the shadow forming effect of a shadow mask columnar body 54. The green color conversion layer 82 extends upward along the columnar body 52 and columnar body 54 on the outer side of the exposed portion of the pixel electrode. The special geometrical array in this form of the columnar structure shadow masks 52, 54 and 56 relating to such subpixel electrodes 32, 34 and 36 indicates the constitution characteristic of the simple and exact array for formation of the color organic light emitting display having plural light emitting pixels. |
