PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a sufficiently large number of measuring points for enhancing the reliability of measuring a position degree, and for outputting accurate measuring coordinate signal for each of all the measuring points. SOLUTION: The detector 2 is constituted of an outer cylindrical body 22, formed into a long cylindrical shape to be inserted turnably into a cylinder of a guide bush 21, insertedly attached from the upper side into a reference hole SH of a reference plate 5 arranged in an upper prescribed position of a work W, and having one end inserted into a measuring object hole; a distance detecting means 23, provided turnably around a cylinder axis via the outer cylindrical body 22 for detecting a distance between the cylinder axis of the outer cylindrical body 22 and the measuring point thereof, and for outputting a distance signal corresponding thereto; and a rotation angle detecting means 24 for detecting the rotation angle of the distance detecting means 23, and for outputting a rotation angle corresponding thereto.
