PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely inspect fresh concrete mixed with organic fibers in a short time. SOLUTION: This inspection method of concrete includes a step of charging fresh concrete mixed with organic fibers and a liquid of which the specific gravity is heavier than that of the organic fibers and lighter than that of each of cement and aggregate of fresh concrete into a container, a dispersing step of dispersing the fresh concrete in the liquid within the container, and a step of determining the quality of the fresh concrete on the basis of the thickness of the organic fiber layer formed of the organic fibers separated from the fresh concrete to float.
