The invention relates to a method and an arrangement for recovering heat and moisture, wherein air to be supplied to a room (1) is preheated, whereafter heat and/or moisture from exhaust air is transferred to or from the air, and next, the air to be supplied thereto is warmed or cooled and/or humidified, and in which method heating power or cooling power is supplied to the air by means of a heat transfer liquid circuit. In order to reduce energy consumption, the heat transfer liquid circuit (19) is formed such that the heat transfer liquid first flows to heating or cooling means (11) to cool or warm the air to be supplied to the room (1) and, subsequently, to preheating means (9) to preheat the air to be supplied to the room (1). |
