PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat dissipation unit in which space to be occupied is reduced when clips are placed and assembled on the opposite sides of a heat dissipater, so that the space of the heat dissipater is not occupied and the heat dissipation area is not affected. SOLUTION: The heat dissipation unit comprises a fixed module surrounding an electronic component and having two protrusions arranged to oppose horizontally, a heat dissipater attached into the fixed module and bonded onto the electronic component, a fan fixing bracket provided on the heat dissipater, a fan fixed onto the fan fixing bracket, and two clips formed by bending a wire. Recesses are formed, respectively, in the outer edge of the heat dissipater and at a part corresponding to the protrusion of the fixed module, the clip includes an operating portion engaging with the fan fixing bracket, a portion engaging with the fixing structure of the fixed module, and a rotating shaft held in the recess, and the elongating direction of the rotating shaft is parallel with that of the recess.
