MEHOD FOR HEATING BLAST-FURNACE BLAST IN MINELESS STOVE

摘要

A method for heating of last-furnace blast in mineless stove, in forehearth which in space are form the top and the bottom combustion zones on height by supply of different amount of gas and burning air. Streams of gas and air are supplied for each combustion zone. Streams of gas and air are supplied in the forehearth towards one to another. Streams of gas and air in the top combustion zone are supplied to radiuses of forehearth, and streams of gas and air which introduced into forehearth, are twirled on the trajectory directed angularly to radiuses forehearth which are passed over the centers of apertures of these channels in forehearth introduced into the bottom combustion zone.
