<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conductive compound particles in which the surface of a metal oxide particle is decorated by metal colloid particles, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: This is a manufacturing method of a conductive compound particle in which a metal oxide particle (A-1) dispersion liquid surface-treated by an amino group-contained silane compound and a metal colloid particle (M-1) dispersion liquid surface-treated by a carboxyl group and/or a carboxylate group-contained organic compound are mixed. This is a manufacturing method of a conductive compound particle in which a metal oxide particle (A-2) dispersion liquid surface-treated by a sulfhydryl group-contained silane compound and a metal colloid particle (M-2) dispersion liquid are mixed. The conductive compound particle has the surface of the metal oxide particles (A) covered with the metal colloid particles (M), and the average particle size (D<SB>A</SB>) of the metal oxide particles (A) is 0.1-3μm and the average particle size (D<SB>M</SB>) of the metal colloid particles (M) is 1-100 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
