PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a possibility of inflow of air bubbles into the body of a patient in a retransfusion process. SOLUTION: A tubular chamber body 10 has a first port 21 connected to a blood circuit in the artery side of the patient in one end and a second port 22 to be connected to the blood circuit in a hemodialyzer side in the other end, respectively. A first conduit 41 communicates with the first port and extended to the inside of a space in the chamber body. A second conduit 42 communicates with the second port and extended to the inside of the space in the chamber body. A part including the distal end of the first conduit and a part including the distal end of the second conduit are mutually overlapped in the longitudinal direction of the chamber body.
