PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a short-circuiting member capable of simplifying a step of mutually jointing the laminated short-circuit constituting members. SOLUTION: Short-circuit constituting member groups 23 constituting a short-circuiting member are each provided with seven short-circuiting pieces 25 disposed in a circumferential direction. Two sets of short-circuit constituting member groups 23 are laminated so that their inner circumferential terminals 27 are laminated and jointed to each other and their outer circumferential terminals 26 is deviated in the circumferential direction.
