PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-accuracy feedback control by generating a feedback voltage which will not vary due to the consumption current of a control IC, in a switching power supply which generates feedback voltage from the voltage of a feedback winding and also generates the operating voltage of the control IC, from the voltage of the feedback winding. SOLUTION: First rectifying/smoothing circuits (D4, C4) and second rectifying/smoothing circuits (D3, C3) are provided in parallel, in between the terminals of the feedback winding (N3), to generate the operation voltage of the control IC (10) by the first rectifying/smoothing circuits, and to generate the feedback voltage (Vfb) by the second rectifying/smoothing circuits.
