PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wind up a bridging cord between one (left) headphone assembly and the other (right) headphone assembly. SOLUTION: A headphone 10 with cord winder devices comprises one (left) headphone assembly 11L accommodating in one (left) headphone housing 12L corresponding to one of the left and the right ears, a micro speaker 20 and a cord winder device 30 for winding up an input cord 41 for connecting to audio-video equipment; and another (right) headphone assembly 11R accommodating in another (right) headphone housing 12R corresponding to the other of the left and the right ears, a micro speaker 20 and a cord winder device 30 for winding up a bridging cord 42 for bridging the one left headphone housing 12L and the other right headphone housing 12R.
