PURPOSE:To release a talking circuit of a public telephone set forcedly according to the incoming of a metering signal after a prescribed time and to make the line efficient, by transmitting a special number from the public telephone set in response to a time required for a call and holding this numbering information at a control station. CONSTITUTION:At the dialing from the public telephone set from a mobile station TS, when a special number is transmitted in response to an expected time required for a call, the control station MS holds the information in response to the special number. After a prescribed time determined with the special number, when a metering signal Kd is incoming, the transmission of a signal fa is stopped at the control station. When the metering signal Kd is incoming afterward, a restoring signal is transmitted to an exchange EX1 to restore the EX1 and to transmit a signal fb. The signal fb is received at the mobile station and the restoring signal is transmitted to a connecting circuit of the public telephone set. As a result, the connecting circuit and the exchange EX1 are restored and the talking circuit is released forcedly. |
