A system and a method for maintaining freshness of foods by using magnetic field are provided to prevent the electric charge from being accumulated at specific regions inside food, by shaking the electric charges flowed in food from electrode. A system and a method for maintaining freshness of foods by using magnetic field comprises the first electrode(11), the second electrode(12), a voltage generator(30), one or more coils(21,22,23) and coil voltage generator(40). The first electrode flows the electric charge into the objects by contacting with objects. The second electrode is positioned from the objects with the predetermined interval and faces the first electrode. The voltage generator authorizes voltage between the first electrode and the second electrode. The coils shakes the electric charge flowed from the first electrode to objects by authorizing the magnetic field to the object. The coil voltage generator authorizes voltage for generating the magnetic field, to one or more coils.
