A double glycosylated dimeric erythropoietin is provided to extend metabolism time of the double glycosylated dimeric erythropoietin and to supply human erythropoietin(EPO) for stimulation of hematogenesis with a superior activity. A double glycosylated dimeric erythropoietin is formed by combining two glycosylated dimeric erythropoietins indicated as amino acid sequence of a sequence number 1 or is formed by amino acid sequence indicated as a sequence number 2. Microorganism transformed to recombinant expression vector by gene ciphering amino acid sequence of the dimer erythropoietin is cultivated in a culture material. The glycosylated dimeric erythropoietin indicated as the amino acid sequence of the sequence number 2 is obtained from the culture material.
