An apparatus for screening debris is provided to make the ribs of the grill filtering debris different in length so as to remove debris more effectively while preventing jamming of debris. An apparatus for screening debris comprises a screen part(100) which is installed so that a main shaft(131) forms an acute angle to the ground and separates water and debris of waste water, a transfer part(100a) which is connected to the screen part and transfers the debris separated from the screen part to a dehydrating/discharging part, and a dehydrating/discharging part(100b) consisting of a compressing/dehydrating part(160) which is connected to the transfer part and compresses/dehydrates the debris transferred from the transfer part and a discharge part(170) ejecting the compressed/dehydrated debris to outside. The screen part is composed of a cylindrical screen(110) equipped with a grill(111) in which first and second ribs different in length are alternately arranged, and a rake(120) in which first and second grooves corresponding to the first and second ribs are alternately arranged and is connected to a drive motor(140) to rotate around the screen. |
