The present invention relates to a sphincter training apparatus. According to the present invention, effective sphincter training can be performed with both feet crossed on footholds and then moved to a body side during heel rotation. In addition, the present invention is configured such that rotational force strength adjustment can be performed during the foot rotation, and thus the sphincter training can fit to a user′s physical conditions. The sphincter training apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a pair of footholds (100R, 100L) pivoting within a certain range when the user gathers the feet or spreads the feet; a casing (C) disposed for the footholds (100R, 100L) to pivot without intervention within a certain range; a link mechanism disposed in the casing in link with the footholds (100R, 100L) so that the pivoting operations of the footholds (100R, 100L) are linked to each other; and a load adjustment unit (200) disposed in link with one or both of the footholds so that a training load felt by the user can be adjusted. This load adjustment unit (200) is made up of a pneumatic cylinder mechanism allowing the training load felt by the user to be adjusted through air pressure adjustment. |
