The present invention relates to a carbonated beverage manufacturing apparatus capable of manufacturing a carbonated beverage with a large amount of dissolved carbonic acid gas, by generating a circulating flow while mixing a beverage and carbonic acid gas inside a container to which the carbonic acid gas and the beverage are supplied. According to the present invention, a carbonated beverage manufacturing apparatus is characterized by including: a beverage manufacturing container provided with an inlet connected to a carbonic acid gas (CO_2) supply source and a beverage supply source and an outlet discharging a carbonated beverage to an outside; a circulation pump installed inside the beverage manufacturing container and circulating a beverage by inhaling the beverage inside the beverage manufacturing container and then discharging the beverage again; a beverage discharge pipe having a lower end connected to the outlet of the circulating pump and an upper end located on a top of the beverage manufacturing container, and guiding the beverage discharged from the circulation pump to an upper portion of the beverage manufacturing container to be discharged; and a mesh plate installed on a lower side of the upper end of the beverage discharge pipe and which the beverage discharged from the beverage discharge pipe and then falling down passes through while contacting.
