PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and reasonable transmission device requiring no special lubricating-oil feeding mechanism for a wet type CVT provided in a transmission case. SOLUTION: A belt type continuously variable transmission 7 having a wet type structure and a gear transmission mechanism are housed frontward and rearward in a transmission case, while a driving pulley shaft 15j and a driven pulley shaft 18j of the belt type continuously variable transmission 7 are disposed side by side such that both the shafts 18j, 15j have nearly equal levels and the same back-and-forth axial directions as a rotation shaft of the gear transmission mechanism. An input shaft 20 to the belt type continuously variable transmission 7 is disposed left and right between the driving pulley shaft 15j and the driven pulley shaft 18j.
