PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a food simply utilizable by powdering several kinds of foods containing a pharmaceutically effective ingredient so as to promote the health, prevent life style-related diseases and senility and favorably turn symptoms for a patient and sprinkling the resultant powder on a Miso soup or noodles or wrapping the powder in a rice ball or sprinkling and sandwiching the powder on and in bread for eating. SOLUTION: This sprinkling healthy food is obtained by mixing a skimmilk powder with a powder of black sugar, a powder of leaf of ginkgo having a pharmaceutically effective ingredient, a powder of green tea, a powder of a ginger and a powder of Miso, placing the resultant mixture in a largish sprinkling container, hermetically sealing the container and covering the container with a lid.
